    Why not celebrate the start to a new week with this soft morning flow? This Vinyasa class will ease you into Monday morning with gentle flows and poses that open the body and mind, release stress, help you reconnect with your breath and find your inner flow.

  • Slow & Soulful - Thursdays @ 8:00 pm

    This class isn’t quite yin, but it will offer a handful of yin poses interspersed among soft flows, meditation, and breathing exercises to help you work on your inner mental fitness, as well as your strength, balance, and flexibility. This is a class for the yogi who wants to go deeper in their understanding of yoga.

  • Friday Freiheit - Fridays @ 6:00 pm

    Designed to help you transition into the weekend, this Friday evening class features creative flows, challenging postures, and fun. Focusing on various themes like arm balances or heart-opening poses, this class will help you clear your mind and body of residual stress from the week and find joy in your practice.
