Namaste

A woman practicing yoga in a cross-legged seated meditation pose on a green yoga mat in a bright room with wooden floors and textured white walls.

I’m Sam and I’ve been practicing yoga for more than half my life, gleaning insights from various amazing teachers along the way and absorbing the teachings of different styles of yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Kundalini, Yin).

In university, I founded a yoga club to build community and expand fellow students' knowledge of yoga. In 2016, I completed a year-long, 200-hour yoga teacher training with two amazing teachers at Open Space in Anchorage, Alaska, and went on to teach classes there and at other venues in Anchorage.

I’m a big believer that yoga is a place to work on our relationship with ourselves and to build community. I hope to help you do both with my classes.

First time?

New to my classes? No problem. Here’s what you need to know:

Wear clothes that are comfortable to stretch in. You can bring your own mat or rent one for €1 at the studio. Props and water are freely available for you. Otherwise, just bring your curiosity and an open mind.

All classes are taught in English.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class to ensure enough time to get settled on your mat, and so we can all start on time.
